Thanks for stopping by my blog. To answer your question, you should be able to change the zoom rate to 100% in your preference settings.  One way is to set it in your Preview application, go to Preview &gt; Preferences &gt; PDF &gt; Initial Document Scale &gt; Use Scale of 100%.  

Another option is to try setting it in Adobe Reader. Go to Edit &gt; Preferences &gt; Page Display Default Zoom.
